ks 1000?

    I am currently using a two part to dose for calcium,I am thinking about a buying a kalkreactor to use with my osmolator ato, there is one listed on bulk reef supply the ks 1000.anyone use one of these?

    If you don't have SPS you don't need it.

    for that much money why not just get a calcium reactor. so you won't have to won't have to worry about the evaporation rate.

    actually i have some small acro frags and am considering getting a clam, I think a calcium reactor might be overkill as i don't have alot of calcium uptake,would a nilson be enough for a clam?

    i don't have alot of expierence with kalkwasser..but with what ive read your dosing will very throughout the year, and you must be anticipating the change in evaporation. but it would definitely be enough for a few acros.

    but the thing about a calc reactor is you can adjust the co2 injection to your need. once you get it set up right you can forget it.i only need to do maitence once a year for co2 replacement. when i had one it created incredible growth in corals and coraline.
