Kuda or Erect?

The first black/white seahorse is what they looked like 5 months ago when I bought from a petstore (captive bread). The man told me he thought they were Kuda; I see pictures online and they look more like Erectus and when they had baby fry there was only like 60 babies. The second two pictures are recent and what they look like now, healthy looking seahorses right?

The pictures aren't close enough to tell for sure. The first picture definitely has erectus markings, but in the other two, one of them doesn't look as spiney as erectus do so I'm not absolutely sure.
