Also, how much rock do you have? How much flow and what type of lighting?

FWIW, it's not uncommon for a nem to hide under a rock for a few days when first introduced into a new environment. If that's the case, it will emerge and start acclimating itself (or searching for a suitable spot) when it's ready.

180 g. 200 lbs of rock. 2 condy's and a green bubbletip. 2 flow jets, the lighting system has 2 blue light systems and an LED set up. it's been 5 days.

    Which type is missing?

Mr. Bill is right typically an anemone will find a spot were you can not see them. In that large of tank with the much rock I suspect the anemone is balled up somewhere.

Check around the tank to see if the Anthias jumped. If he's not there, check the overflow. And if he's not there, he is probably either hiding or was eaten by the Condy. Condys are known to eat fish, sadly :(

As far as the other Condy, he's probably hiding and getting acclimated.
