Thank you. I tried to feed him on the stick last night and it didn't go so well. The LFS told me to use mysis shrimp which was a mistake. The shrimp are way to small to poke on a stick. I'm going to take it back. They also sold me a bunch of ghost shrimp they said would live in the fuge for 2 weeks. They didn't last 3 days before they died. And I thought this LFS was different then the rest. I guess I was wrong.

How are you liking the Jebao DP-4 Dosing Pump. I ended up purchasing 1 tonight.. for $104 I was willing to give it a shot. So sick of manually dosing everyday.

I couldn't be happier with the pump. I am testing weekly and making adjustments as necessary right now to get it dialed in. Mine was about $100 too on amazon. For another hundred you can add on an additional 4 pumps. Although I'm not really sure what else I could dose, too bad you can't put coral food in the doser.

I was able to get a picture of the fuzzy dwarf. He has been fully stick trained onto frozen food. It was a little tuff at first but it only took a few feeding sessions to get him trained. A heck of a lot easier than potty training a dog or something similar. I just froze some ghost shrimp and when ready to feed thawed them out, put the on a bbq skewer and lowered them into the tank. He will now swim up to the top of the tank when he sees the stick come into the water. He will swim up to the stick, do his little "dance" and pounce. Pretty fun to watch. He is not very good with the reflections in the glass yet. If I feed him in the corner, it takes him a while to find the stick.

I have been having troubles with the corals for the past few weeks. I think everything is coming back around now and I am seeing improvements. Has anyone ever heard of chaeto stripping the water of phosphates to the level that GFO can strip phosphates? They corals were starting to bleach and phosphate and nitrate tested zero. I don't run GFO right now and I only have chaeto in the fuge. After adding the fish the corals seem to be doing better.

Do you remember what size tube you used on your dosing pump.

I used the regular black air line tubing from petsmart. The kind you would use to connect the bubbling treasure chest to the air pump.
