Laptops...give males problems?

yay NO BABIES! ....... haha my mom would kill me if she saw that she too is already mentioning the Gbabies thing.....ick we're too young lmao. not ready for that COLLEGE IS FOR PARTIES ) ..........i mean getting an Ejamacation. lol i dont have a set of "boys" down there to fry BUT my male friends do complain of burning crotch syndrome as a result of long hours playing on the laptop, u wont go sterile its no biggie , maybe mom can buy a spiffy lap desk for ur laptop, some are pretty awesome i must say

I'm seriously going to email/post this question on mythbusters. I know they have a forum, and I bet there's a ton of knuckleheads who would love to pick this apart.

 

You should be more worried about your cell phone in your pocket and very close to.. you know what. Or when it's on your ear...
Your mom is right to be worried, hot laptop in your lap or anything that emits radio waves, etc. close to your body is just not natural.. but is also part of life nowadays

 

I think i can help here.

Sperm works better in a cooler condition, this is because they are not as active so they dont expend all their energy too quickly, hence they live longer, thus increasing their chance of insemination.
This is also the reason why your testes hang out and low, altho more exposed to damage, they are kept cooler, making your sperm more effective.

Now when exposed to a much warmer enviroment, sperm becomes much more active, use all their energy quickly and die much sooner - making chances of insemination lower.

Now i think this fits in with the laptop because they expel heat, and if your sitting down with laptop on your lap, the heat is expelled directly on your balls, heating them up making your sperm excited and then dieing before you've even had a chance to ejaculate them.

I think the question isn't how heat affects male genitals but rather what the long term effect on fertility would be...

 

Yes i've answered it. There is no long term effect, its a myth that stems from the short term effects.

Maybe i should have made that more clear..... :s

 

Yep, it's all about the heat killing off the sperm more quickly, nothing else...
