    I have many!! Large Amphipod's and want to know if I can have to many? And what bad affect would it have on my tank (55 gallon) and is there a fish that will eat the large ones? (1/4 of an inch) (many many)

    Mandrins or six line wrasse will eat um up! but they arent bad and wont harm anything.

    They go only keep going up till they run out of food

    I feed mine so that they hang around. Besides the brine, the mandarin I have LOVES them. He can't help himself, he's a fatty. I throw an algae wafer into their rubble pile maybe once a week and they go nuts!

    You don't want to get rid of them. they are very good scavengers. Let them thrive.
