So i have a 120 gallon tank with 3 damsel fish 2 domino's and one yellow tail, three tangs, yellow, powder blue and a purple, and 2 percula clowns, one is grade b. Now i have a 10 gallon setup running with nothing in it, i want to move the clowns into the 10 gallon with a bubble tip to try to get them to breed, is the 10 gallon large enough to do this or should i get something bigger?

a 10 gallon would be borderline IMO

they are not active swimmers and once established do tend to host a specific area
and that area IME would be the same amount of area in a 10 gallon as it would be in a 50 gallon - so swimming room is not the issue with clownfish

water quality and oxygen may give you issues , depending on your flow and filtration method

I do know 1 person who many years ago bred clowns in a 18 x 15 x 12 which is only 14 US gallons

i think the BTA is a hit or miss, but a torch coral will do fine. although they might not even host it at all. while it is possible to get them to breed it is difficult because they need prestine water quality when breeding.

yeah i just measured the tank is 20 inches long by 10 inches wide by 12 inches tall. my plan was to turn this old marineland 280 hang on filter into a mini refugium with sand live rock small pieces, and some macro algae on top just leave the top off the filter and have it exposed to the light. i also have a spare 65g coralife protein skimmer i could hook up,but would it be better to run the marineland as an actual filter minus the carbon filters and just floss w the skimmer, or turn it into the mini refugium?

yeah the clowns liked the bta at first but since its been choosing a new spot in the dt tank they haven't seen it much.

    torch coral eh?
