    That would be a great place to live, the view, the scuba diving, but that is just a dream for me. ::)

    Bedouins starving in the desert and enough US capital for oil for that. What kind of leaders are most of those Dictators, Sheiks and Ahyatollhas? They don't even meet the bevolent ruler test IMHO.

    The most cruelest dictators are the most in achievement. Like Emperor Qin (Great Walls of China, Imperial Terra Cotta Army) and so on.

    Yeah thats a neat structure under the sea! in maybe a thousand years that will be reclaimed by the reef/corals.
