last fish?

At my local fish store the six line is like the goldfish of saltwater. They have maybe 20 different tanks and 15 of them have a six line in them. I think it's a perfect storm of cheap price, availability, and nobody warning anybody about their aggressiveness.

Go on LiveAquaria.com and look up the six line, the aggressiveness is little more than a side note at the bottom of the description.

Nobody ever once told me that if I got a six line I would not be able to have any other wrasse and many non-wrasse as well. I feel lucky to have been able to get mine out of my tank so easily recently.

 

I can vouch about the six-line's aggression to smaller tank mates. Mine was one of the first in my tank and other than the larger fish, he does tend to torment the rest. I added a Red Head Solon Fairy Wrasse and he is beautiful and easy. He also put the six-line in his place. All is happy between them now.
