    Lawnmower Blenny? Help Quickly.....

I'm still having trouble getting rid of the algae in my tank. I'm begining to think the red algae is turning into hair algae. But anyways, my LFS recommend a lawnmower blenny, if it is hair algae. My question is if it's not hair algae what are the chances of him eating it anyways? And are they worth keeping in a tank once the algae is gone?

He wont eat the Red algea (guessing its cyno bacteria) but he will tear through the hair algea. they are a great fish to have with tons of personality. i recommend you get one anyways. =)

I know I seen him at the LFS yesterday, they seemed fun. Atleast I will not have to worry about hair algae

I have a starry blenny and he only eats green algae..He wont even touch red slime algae...Diatoms are definitely out of the question since it is not algae
