haha. Breeding would be a good idea. I wouldn't pay $140 for one clown no matter how rare it was.. & being tank bred I would think the price would be cheaper, as it is not the original from the wild and can now reproduce again. More would be made...

 

I'd pay $140 for them before I'd ever pay for these fish. Even if it was possible it's just ridiculous imo.

If I wanted to spend a grand on a fish, I would buy that candy basslet in a second. That's the only fish I would ever spend that much on. I LOVE that fish. lol

 

If I spent a grand on a fish it'd get sucked into a pump or jump out.

it still just a clown fish. the rest of my reef will not say "hey that dude is rare" so i'd never pay that much for a single fish
