I set up my first seahorse tank about 8 months ago in August after a solid year of research, and am happy to report that all three are still alive, which to me is honestly quite a shock. Never, in my aquarium experience has a first try gone so smoothly. Im not superstitious, but, just for kicks, KNOCK ON WOOD.

Anyway, here are a few pics.

Good to hear and congratulations on the success!
I've been planning a pony tank. I read for a few weeks, tell myself o.k. I'm ready then back out and read some more. It'll prolly be a year before my research is done too. lol

Congratulations on doing the research and getting this far.
It, like the reefing hobby, is very addictive though.
I'm just setting up my sixth tank and have 5 species so far, with hopefully a seventh tank by years end.
I do most of my reading at seahorse.org.

What problem are you having uploading the pictures? What error messages are you getting?

It just says "upload failed". I figured out that the pictures are too many megabites to upload to 3reef. Any way around that?

upload to photobucket and copy and paste to "post reply" page

nice thing is that you can bulk upload a large amount of photos
