I just added the standpipes to my tank and I have one bulkhead that is leaking now.
I took it off 4 times already, changed the gasket, tightened it...still leaking.....what the hell do I have to do to stop this from leaking?

Where is it leaking from, the outside edge, or the inside edge of the locking ring?

unless you pulled a thread by over tighten it with the shank nut then simple make a bead of plumbers putty and pull the B/H out clean the area on the inside of the tank where the gasket contacts the glass and put a bead of the puppy around the shank on the gasket put it back together and tighten . then trim off the smashed out putty with your finger . I never install a bulkhead with out using old plumbers putty a bead about the dia of a pencil is all you need , But it sounds like you pulled the threads a bit ? alway add a drop of oil the shank before you put the lock nut on

Make sure there is no sand around the seal. Sand will cause you to not get 100% tightness.

Oh Man!!!!.....What a moment or few ours that was!!!
    Holy Crap!!!
Luckily I found a box of older fittings I had from a previous tank I did over 5 years ago and it had 4 extra bulkeads and many other things in it....

Well I changed out the entire bulkead and all is perfect now...
Even the new standpipes are working flawlessly at the same levels now too.....

    WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!

You dont even know how many times I took the B/H off and on....etc....
