Learning to eat food...sailfin tang.

My new sailfin wasn't eating anything but the algae on the rock (ok, had a couple of small patches of hair algae): She finally watched the hippo on the algae clip and after a couple of days is fat and happy with that . She would still completely ignore any other food dropped into the tank (but other fish go crazy for it).

I woke up the other night and it dawned on me (litterly it was dawn) and I put part of a frozen cube in the algae clip. She already knew that food always went into the algae clip and BAM ! She will now eat anything dropped into the tank. ;D

 

Very smart! I am using the same method to try and get my clowns to show my anem some love (long story) lol.. Great post, Karma!
