Just bought a nice looking leather coral today, kinda looks like a Kneya tree.Acclimated him for a good 45 minutes and then placed him at the bottom with some good flow movement.I swear when purchased him and when I put him in my tank he whent from 6-7 inches all the way to about 2 inches. Is this normal? How long before he perks up?Thanks people in advance..

completly normal with soft corals, as long as your tank paramters are in check i'm sure it will open back in a day or two. it's just getting aclimated to its new environment

    Again completely normal.

Just getting used to new environment, lighting, flow, etc.

May stay that way for few days.

    Not to worry. ;)
