Leather finger coral

I purchased two corals from my ifs 2 days ago one being a cabbage leather which is fine the other afinger leather which is looking poorly, any suggestions are gratefully appreciated, it has closed up and gone a White velvety appearance?

 

Welcome to 3reef. A picture would help diagnose the problem. Could just be acclimating to your tank. Sometimes it takes a few days to adjust. It could be dying in which case you need to remove it before it pollutes your tank.

 

Can't see the picture. Leathers can take a while to open up when they come home. Sometimes even an established leather can close up for a couple weeks. It'll probably be fine.

 

Welcome to 3reef! finger coral are very forgiving coral I would give it a bit it could be sheadding due to the fact your water is different from your LFS mine has only done this one time it lasted a week.

Does look kinda droopy, but somewhat normal considering it is getting used to new water and new lighting. Just my opinion.
