    i agree!! and if its spreading cut it off. it looks like a melt down from the pic.

    I was bout to claim shedding on this problem, but if it ripped off when you rubbed it big time emergency...how are the other corals in the tank? I would cut off the mushy part those leathers grow back fast...pull it out of tank before you start surgery dont want rotten chunks to spike params...leathers shouldn't fall apart like that dude guy

    OK, cut off the dead tissue. What else can I do for this??

    Did I mention, he is one smelly bastardos.

    No other corals seem to be affected.

    Other than cutting off the sick part, just make sure that your parameters are PRISTINE. This will make help the coral be as happy and healthy as possible to grow back the missing tissue.
