    Think my umbrella is having a hard time close normally hosts it but in the past two days its been very purpleish and its polyps have not come out at all in the light it almost looks iced over not sure whats the deal just did a 20 percent water change on monday all my water testes fine?????

    often they are known to close up for periods of time ,upwards of 3-4 days I have seen this with mine , just be patient and give it some time to come back out .
    If your water is testing fine and it is in modreate flow I think you will be fine

    and they tend to "shed" their skin from time to time, i wouldnt worry about it.
