    I'm very happy with my AI SOL LEDs

    you will get a great deal of debate about LED just like any other lighting.

    I can't say I'm an expert or that I did a ton of research but the reviews where very good and the price was right

    i have an ecotech marine radion over my tank and i love it. its a little pricy but it works great if not a little too well lol but thats probably because i have it on a tank thats much smaller than what its made for it can handle a tank 2 ft by 2ft and 2 ft deep (60 cube) and cover the tank completely and get enough light down to the bottom to grow just about anything you want and im running it on a 20 long about 6 in above the water but like jason said you will get lots of debate and im not an expert either but leds can def. grow corals and grow them well if they couldnt then not as many people would buy them so i say go for it

    LED's are AWESOME,
    but there are a TON of options, to narrow those down;
    what do you plan to keep in the tank? corals, what type? or fish only?
    whats your budget?
    how much control do you want in the look of your tank?
    would you be willing to DYI?

    that will help to steer ya!;)
