    Hi all!

My birthday is coming up and I'm going to ask for an LED system to replace my current T5's.

Only problem is, I have no clue what to ask for. I don't really have the time right now to research everything that is out there.

    • I can't ask for anything that is much more than about $150
    • I'd rather not get into DIY, because I just don't have the time or the correct tools/know-how
    • The LEDs must be reef capable
    • Lighting needs only to cover about 25" wide by about 14" deep
So under these criteria, what are some tried and true LED options on a 40g breeder?

    Thank you!

Well based on your budget this would probably be your best bet. Often times there is a discount to 3reef memebers or from a group buy. they are a sponsor here at 3reef.
