    Hey guys,

I have a 24" Cadlight HQI 2x24 T5 and 150w MH fixture, and I was thinking of converting the center MH section to LED. This unit is over my 50g cube (24x24x20) and I was wondering if I could get some expert advice on how many and what color LED's to run in the center section to really make myself a nice hybrid unit.

I found the Rapid LED Actinic supplement kits, would they be acceptable to use or should I just do a custom one?

I do not need a lot of whites as I am focusing on Zoas/LPS, I am just not sure how many or what colors to get.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Also I am receiving an Apex Jr. soon so I will have the ability to control them.

I am not sure you will get the spread (front to back) you need with LEDs on that unit.

Hmmm, others are saying keep the MH and replace T5 with LED but that kinda defeats the purpose of a lower electricity bill and I was under the impression that MH is going away.

I have a hanging kit on it, so I can adjust the height. Maybe I should just turn the whole thing into an LED unit.

Any experience with the evil clusters? I just read a thread on nano forums and there are so many different arrangements I wouldn't know where to start.
