I have a 140 now and got these LED lights to replace my Metal Halides. They are pretty broad light output but i went ahead and got 2 of the 30W cuz i had to mount them kind of high. My corals love it! I just have a couple SPS but they are growing rapidly and color is much better than when i had the ole MH. Softies have to be cut back now! haha. Here is the link to the bigger ones i got. They also have the 14k in 20W. Not sure if they have the 14k for 30W or not....

IDK, I cna tell you that 30 watts of bridgelux will not come close to a 250 watt metal halide, it will be about a quarter power. His other post was about some LED strip, and he did not link anything. I say let this guys reply first.
