    what wattage is the T5? if its T5-HO-54W id use em for sure. the bulbs last a little longer than PC and I feel are more energy efficient. however with two 54's you'd be at 108W whereas right now from a straight wattage perspective you're at 260W with the 65x4.

    depending on what corals you go with you may wind up needing all of the lighting for better PAR.

    with that PC setup though you should be able to keep plenty of corals.

    as for the blacklight, id not use one. waste of power. id rather use that wattage on a spectrum of light i know is helpful to the coral.

    ive heard that black lights put out a lot of uv. dont want your fish to get cancer would you?
