Can you guys give me some pros and cons on these fish. I have a biocube so it's too small for a Tang, but I love that bright yellow colour so I thought the Lemonpeep might be nice. I read they "might" nip at coral, I have a frogspawn what are the chances it would nip at it?

Your tank is still a little small for it, but if you get a small one, you should be ok for a while. I just set up a pole about dwarf angels and their reef safeness. It seems that many will be fine, but you may encounter nipping at corals, particularly lps. Some are more prone then other and I think the lemon peel is one of them.
