Yes he is. Big pain in the butt thst likes to get in the way of everything and my finances mutt on the bed. The tank and stand are a perfect fit and its on it right now doing a wet test. Unfortunately on the 1" side the bulk heads nut cracked but its not leaking.....yet. I do have an extra one SOS we'll see what happens.

Now the next endeavour. Im wanting LEDs and im unsure on how to go about putting them up. My canopy from the water surface to the inner top is about 8-9 inches. I've read that its best to just cut holes in your canopy and mount them to where they just have light shining through or no canyop at all and neothetbone am I really wanting to do. I would prefer to just mount them to the inner top. Suggestions? Also could the way my canyop is make it harder to get lights into it? It does have the 2 beams going across diagonally.

One note, turn the ball valve on the drain line to all the way open. You can use the ball valve on the return pump to control the the flow, but never slow the drain as this will lead to a flood. If noise is an issue, you could do a reverse durso in the sump.

Well I noticed the level in the tank and sump would fluctuate and it would cause the pump to run dry for a few moments. Started to mess with the valves a lil and now it hasn't done it for the past 5 hours. The head loss on the pump is just where I need it so turning it down would be pointless in my eyes.

In that case, you need to increase the water level in your system. Make sure your returns are high enough so that they don't siphon too much water back into your sump. You should not need or ever use a ball valve on a durso style return. I can't see your return piping in the overflow, but I assume it is a durso. So with that, if your flow is fluctuating, slow the pump down (even though you will lose some GPH flow, which is not always a bad thing). If you are having noise issues on the drain, install a reverse durso in the sump. I can give more help/pictures if needed, I just want you to avoid flooding :-/

Fixed it! I found pics of what you were talking about. Im kinda new to aquarium plumbing because I always did hob stuff on my nanos. I do have a durso bit the way its made (lfs guy gave it to me for being such a good customer ;D) and it has a small valve to regulate air flow that leads to the drain. Ill take a small picture in a second. I got it fine tuned and running oh so quite except the pump humming but hopefully ill upgrade sometime in the future.

Nice, glad you got the durso tuned. If you want it to be even quieter, do a reverse durso in the sump and you will be good to go :)
