I have a sponge that is covering some Zoo's and I want to get rid of it. If I were to inject it with hot water would that kill it?
Or are there any other way's to get rid of encroaching Sponges?

If its on a rock thats removable you can take it out of the water for a few seconds. The zoos would probably be fine while the sponge would likely die off.

The hot water might also kill the Zoas. I suggest that you take the rock out, get yourself one of those small pointed razors and delicatly(sp) cut them off. Thats if you want to keep the zoas.
