    I am aware of the feeding habits and general keeping of anthias. I was looking for first hand advice on what a good species would be in a 40 breeder. It will be a SPS dominant tank with no LR in the DT...fully open tank with egg crate on the bottom. I liked Lyretails, and Purple Queens. Bartlett's are a little pricey for this type of tank for me. I like Fatheads...but again pricey.

    I would definitely NOT recommend Purple Queens. Extremely finicky, even for anthias.
