Can I feed lettuce to my fish from a veggie clip, also is it better than dried seaweed?

I would think lettuce would be better because it's fresher and my seaweed I've had for a while (almost 2 years)

Iceburg lettuce is bad for humans, let alone fish. The stuff is mostly water, and has hardly any nutrients. That's why it has nearly no color.

Fish need nutrients not found in land-based foods. Stick with the dried seaweed.

iceberg isn't "bad" for humans. Not even close. It is very good for you. It is nutritionally weak as far as energy goes (calories) but it's a very common misconception that iceberg is a useless food. It's a win when it comes to vitamins and minerals.

It contains Thiamin, Vitamin B6, Iron and Potassium, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Folate and Manganese.

But, I do agree, it is not very useful for fish. Which, btw, you have 90 gallon fish in a 55 gallon tank. The tang and hippo... tang police woo woo

You ain't kidding. Spirulina dramatically boosts the immune system of any fish that eats it. All of my herbivores and omnivores get it regularly, and I've even had Royal Grammas (carnivore) eat it. Most people seriously underestimate the value of Spirulina in their fish's diet. I use OSI Spirulina flakes, not store bought Spirulina.
