    Ex LFS guy here, Ditto the thick skin. You can't get mad at a person who sucks out 2 hours of advice only to by an ounce of brine and go buy the stuff online only to come back to you when it breaks for more advice. Or the ones who go against all your advice, and loose all their fish and blame you for selling them "bad" fish. Or the ones who claim you gave their tank cyano bacteria. The list goes on and on, but it sure is fun to see shipments come in, peoples faces when the find out the corals are real and alive or see some one grow thru the hobby from newb to snob ;)
