    just mixed in a little salt with the buffer because my SG was low. used RO

    BTW. the water has cleared nicely now. about an hour later. dont know why that happened? anyone else know why this may have happened?

    You need to use fresh RO/DI water when mixing the buffer. It does not dissolve as well in saltwater. At least that has been my experience. I put it in my top off water.
