life really likes to kick you hard

ive been saving money to build my reef tank, im so close almost had the money for then life strikes.

so the other night im eating and i get the feeling something is stuck in my throat, well it was in my esophagus, stuck i could breath but i could not eat or drink my throat just kept pushing it back up. so i go to my doctor he sends me to a ENT and they send me to the er. just thankful i have insurance.

but what happened was my esophagus narrowed and caused the food to get stuck. but i was told by the doctor that it is fairly common with men who had nasal problems and asthma as a kid. long story short all the money i had saved up just went poof

 

Sorry to hear that bud. At least you know what the problem is and from your calm post seems to be treatable. Hope it all works out for you. I never save anything because as soon as I do something pops up and spends it.

Life is a trip sometimes.

 

That's weird, my cousin had the same thing happen a few years ago. He couldn't swallow a piece of steak. Doctors told him he had a narrow esophagus. Freaked him out a bit. You'll get there in time, things happen.
