    Came across a 3/4 HP pump used for a really good deal. Anyone use these? My dream is to have a 180 gallon tank with sump in basement. Would this work for that? It's going to be a while before I would us this, is it ok to sit around?

    You need to calculate the head and how much gph you want/need.
