    I have a Current 72'' MH light with 3 - 250w Phoenix 14k MH bulbs.
I have a retro - reefgeek - T5 unit that I setup for supplemental lighting.

What should I use in the T5 unit? 2 Actinics? 2 Whites? 1 of each?
Also does it really matter what bulbs I use in the T5 since its just for supplemental lighting?

What combo do you recommend, if any?
    Thanks.

I may not be the right one to answer this, but i believe your mh lights are allready your daylight bulbs and the "supplimental" lighting is usually actinics used to add some blue/purple into the mix for overall appearence and to make your coral and fish colors pop out.Somebody correct me,if i'm mistaken.

I'd agree with that assessment. I'd go with a Fiji Purple (or ATI Purple +) and the other is up to what color you want (more blue, less blue, same as it is right now, etc.).

So like a daylight 10k is not really needed.....basically just a couple of actinics.

I would go with an ATI Blue+ and an ATI Purple + the purple will help pop your pink, red, purple and orange corals
