Light help!!!

    I broke all my old bulbs screwing them out of my t5.. and now I can't even get my new ones to go on... they won't even turn.. what to do?! I don't want my coral to die...

    try to improvise some sort of lighting system and get the rails changed $$$$$$$

    Are you sure you bought the right bulbs to go in? that is normally not a problem when it comes to lighting, i would try and put the new bulbs back in, try seeing if there is like a piece of the old bulb stuck in the end connections.

    right. so see if the broke ones left a peice in the fixture. it might be enough to keep the new bulb from fitting correctly

    Yeah. haha, maybe i should have re worded a few things for that to come out more clearly.


    But hopefully that works for you. Its never a good thing when corals dont have light.

    I had to switch a friend for his t5 and he had to take mine all apart to clean it. My coral was without a light all day.. Working now tho!

    try using a potato to get any part of the old bulbs out. it has worked for me when any normal lights brake and i cant get the screw in part out
