    It's a little hard for me to understand what you're asking :p But if I'm right, you're asking what lights come on at what times and how long they stay on? If so, I would have the actinics come on an hour before and after the daylights come on. People usually leave lights on for 8-12 hours a day. I would do ten hours of actinics and eight hours of daylights.

    +1... that's an excellent schedule for a reef tank. Also, the actual timing is irrelevant; most corals we keep come from different time zones anyway, but they will readily adapt to whatever suits our own lifestyle.

    If you only have fish however, supplemental lighting may not even be necessary, depending on how well lit the room may be during daylight.
