    Does this support my anemones if not what does

    That will be right on the edge of what will work for it. There can never be any real confidence that it is getting enough light to survive. You will at the least need to help it along with feedings about once or twice a week.

    4 T5's would do much better for it.

    It will be fine but bubble tips tend to have that true bubble tip look with more intense lighting. Plus PC lights are being phased out, they are energy hogs, lamps are expensive and they are not good performers..

    Just a thought.

    Avoid PCs like the plague (IMO of course). I would go with a nice T-5 array over your tank. You could do a 4x54W Tek and that would support your nem. However, a 55g is a pretty small tank to put a nem in IMO. I generally don't recommend nems at all. In a 55, it is hard to protect the nem from the powerheads. The tank is just not that big and they do move around pretty well. Just take care.
