    We'll once I sell my frag tank i want to get a new light for my main tank.

    Pretty much looking at:

    150W Odyssea Metal halide w/ t5 actinics and Phoenix bulb fan upgrade and possible reflector upgrade.

    or

    2 BoostLED 5 LED Lamps possibly adding another in the future.


    Which would you get?

    would two boost led lamp be enough light for softies and lps?

    Remember id prob add a third one in the future

    and get them to make ones with 3 white 2 blue

    For your usage I would go with the LED. Lasts far longer and creates less heat.
