Your current lighting would be sufficient for Lps and soft corals. If you want sps and clams I would recomend upgrading to a 4 bulb t5 or LED. Or metal halide. Fishneedit.com has some nice lights.

Depends what you want to keep. Your tank is 30'' long right?

You will be able to keep SPS in the tank as long as they are under the reflectors. A 4 bulb unit will give you more options for color but will need to be mounted higher to prevent light inhibition of your corals.

I would do an arraignment like this(back to front)
    White
    Blue
    While
    Blue

LPS- large polyp stony- usually pretty easy to care for and needs moderate light.
SPS- small polyp stony- usually harder to care for and needs moderate to high lighting.
Soft corals- super hardy and easy. Low to moderate light.

You might also look into different bulbs, the ATI line has great par. If you like blue go with blue+ which has great par aqua blue special or something like that for a whiter bulb or purple + for a purpleish hue.

I was using the same combo except I had an ATI Purple+. Looks great, but I'm now running 3xBlue+ and 1x AB Special. There is also the new Coral+ bulb which looks very promising.

As far as the small LEDs, I wouldn't personally. The t5s will overpower the LEDs and you might not even notice that they are even on.
