    I have about ten different chalices and they are placed all over the tank from top to bottom so I think your best bet is to start low and work your way up and see how it reacts. I know they're all LPS but I think each chalice has individual needs and experimenting with height is the best way to find out where it belongs. Also it seems mine do well with med to high flow. The one thing they do seem to have in common is they do have a nasty sting if other corals are too close. Good luck.
