Hey everyone i recently got a 135 gallon corner tank (diamond shape) and was wanting some corals....but i dont know what lighting to use. all i want is a toadstool , mushrooms, and lots of green star polyps ( i love the slight sway and look of like grass) and maybe some xenia. I was wanting to know how much light i would need ..problem .there is only like 3-4 inches under the hood and i cant make a new one beacause of it wont match base ( acrylic stand and hood )

How tall is the tank? Do you have a full tank shot?

From your pic it looks like you have PC bulbs am I correct? If so then they should be enough to keep those corals.

They do well under just about any type of lighting. You can use the full spectrum with regular aquarium fluorescent bulbs. The amount of bulbs depends on the size of your tank. The depth is important to consider. A better option would be to use PC's. You may also want to consider the cover glass on top of the tank. Maybe replace with egg crate as the glass prevents the exchange of gasses and it also blocks out a significant amount of light that reaches the bottom.
