    I've been wanting to put together an inexpensive frag tank using some supplies I have around my apartment. I basically have everything I need except for lighting. I do have some old flourescent parts (E-ballasts, ends, bulbs), and was wondering if I could just run some ODNO T8s over the tank. Do you think it'll work?

    barbianj on here has a 40b lit by ODNO fluorescents. If you are growing lps, softies, or lower light sps, they will work just fine.
