Lighting Help

Ok I bought a 48" hood. It came with 2 T5's that are 54 watts 14k and 2 blue acintics and led lights in the middle.
my question is how do I run this?
Do the blue acintics need to be on the same side and the two whites on the same side?
Do the acintics and whites need to run at the same time? if not how does it need to run?

Turn the actinics on 1 hour before the 14k then have them all on for the duration of how long you want them then turn the 14k off then leave the actinic on for another hour and go with the moon light

 

Correction do you only have 2 14k t5 bulbs and the rest are led's

 

2 14k T5 bulbs that are white and then 2 blue actinics. There are 3-4 very small LED lights in the middle. there are 3 different controllers. 1 for each side adn the 1 for the middle leds.
The lights came installed with 1 blue and 1 white on one side and 1 blue and 1 white on the other.
I didnt know if I needed to put both blues on the same side and both whites on the same side or just leave them how they are.
