lighting questions

    ok so i got 72inch offbrand PC's from my lfs. 2x96 watt 12k daylights and 2x96 actinics. and i got blue night light leds in them too. but my question is how long do i leave them on? should i have the actinics come on first? or should the daylights come on first or just both at same time? im going to have them on a timer. i have just been turning both the actinics and daylights on at the same time when i wake up 7am till about 5pm. is that good?

    I run a sps dominate tank so I burn my actinincs 16 hrs a day then turn on the MH's for 7 hrs in the middle. I always burn my actinics with my daytime lights.
