T5 or MH, look into Sunlight Supply or Aquactinics, both are American made good quality products. Nothing else its a place to start your search!
You can easily keep an anemone with the current lights now....

    Happy reefing!

Oddysea has a great reputation.... For shorts and fires!! I would avoid them at all cost!

Get a good REPUTABLE brand! Lights are one of the most important aspects of a tank, esp if you say $$ isn't an issue.

    Happy reefing!

oddysea is the aristocrat of light brands(vodka reference), so yes

ive heard bad things about there halides, but i haven't seen anything on their t5s, i have a 36" t5 of theres on a freshwater, i haven't had any problems so far, ive had it for 6 months now.

im in a situation where im pinching pennies(college is killing me) so its worth the risk to me considering how cheap they are. i don't know your budget so i would just browse through marine depot to get a idea of the prices.

Again, 24" deep tank, SPS almost to the bottom, T5 lighting.

Its best to back up a statement with fact or at least personal experience.

    Happy reefing!

I have 8 60" t5s, a retro I built. I think I have some pics of it in my tank thread....
    http://www.3reef.com/forums/show-off-your-fish-tanks/dr-frags-3-week-old-180-a-55308.html

I can also post some pics of the retro if need.
I have Aquactinic SLRs, Workhorse ballasts, and Giesemann bulbs, oh and two 3.25" fans to keep it all cool.

You can grow some serious corals in your tank with T5, no doubt, heck you will grow a good amount with PC.

    Happy reefing!
