Lighting schedule??

    I have had this tank set up for well over a year, and I have an aquatic life fixture with a preset amount of time when the lights go on and off

    It wasnt till now that I am starting to wonder how long everyone leaves there lights on

    Is it the longer the lights on the more the corals grow? I never wondered these things until I started investigating the lighting section....

    I have my blues on for 10 hours and daylights for 8 hours. The blues come on 1 hour before the daylights come on and go off 1 hour after the daylights go off.

    That's pretty much the schedule they are on. If you increase them would you get better growth?
