Lighting suggestion for 30 gallon reef tank

    i have 30 gallon reef tank that is 16" deep and i would like any help on lighting my tank with the proper specs for clams and sps/lps species .

    I have a 40Breeder and use two ecoxotics panorama pros, I also have two T5s from my old set up that I use a few hours a day. At 16 inches deep you can use all kinds of setups:)

    But what can i do a min budget but still look nice . I know lights are not cheap i really dont have $300 for lights

    A 2 bulb T5HO fixture will be fine. Look into Fishneedit brand.

    I'd go with at the least 3 lamps if not 4. Especially if your planning on keeping a clam and sps. I just saw an Aquaticlife 4x24w t5ho for sale on another forum for $175. If interested pm me and I'll give you the info :)
