I'm considering putting 2 175 watt MH's on my 55. The question for the experts out there is this: With the new lighting should I keep the pc's and the vho's on there as well or just go with the Metal halides and a actinic bulb. Any info greatly appreciated.

I would just use the metal halides and actinics...
I would go with 10 k on the MH

    works for me anyway

I like the 14000k range myself, The added blue makes the coral look better

Well, I have a question too.

    I have a tank which is 5 ( length) * 2 ( height) * 1.5 (breadth).
I light the same with three 150 watt metal halides of 6500K each. Plus a 40 watt blue moon.
Is this ok for corals & anemone.

    Please suggest

Should be fine for most things. What types of corals and anemones are you planning on using? You may want to consider going to 10 to 14k.
