Lights are here..... but some arent working >:(

    well my lights arrived and i love them.. but 2 of the bulbs are not working.
    one was broken and the other one is out... :angry:

    NOT COOL.... this time they failed at packaging my order right.. WORST THING is... i called to tell them i needed a replacement and they are closed for the holidays. now i wont be getting a replacement order till monday.

    they better not tell me i didnt call as soon i as i got it because ill be pissed:-X

    anyone has any ideas on what i should do right about now?

    i still have the lights installed and on and they look pretty good without 2 bulbs but..... lol

    If you don't have any replacement bulbs, you can either go out and buy the bulbs you need, or wait until the issue is resolved with the shipper's customer service.

    As far as the anxiety to have your light lit up all the way... there's nothing you can do, but meditate ;)

    but hey!... even without that particular bulb... this thing is blinding bright!! ill take some pics in a few and make a new thread.. A happier thread :D

    take photos of the lights, broken bulb, and dead bulb. Then send them an email with those photos attached in the email.

    Maybe it's better not to have too much light for now, new bulbs and all.

    I had to wait nearly two months for a new light, and when it arrived, both of the ballasts were faulty. Nothing suffered because of it, but it was a little irritating and frustrating. :p

    You will need spare bulbs anyway so replace the two bad bulbs and when they replace the bad ones you will have spares.

    Remove both of the broken lights and re-install them. Possibly one of the endcaps isn't rotated fully. They might just pop back on for you. Also make sure the timer doesn't have them turned off.

    I did but one of them is literally broken.. In 2....

    I rotated The other one more and it worked. So I only have 1 that needs to be replaced :)

    I'm loving those lights!!!! I'll post pics when I get the chance! Merry Christmas to me!!!and to you all :D
