lights for 37 gallon

    anyone have any suggestions? i think a mh 150w or 250w. i found them cheap on captivereef.com. comes with everything for half of the normal price... but am open to suggestions, anyone?

    I used a 150 on a 30 long. But a 37 is taller right?
    I'd be tempted to go with a 250w - one reason would be because if you ever upgrade to a bigger tank you most likely could use the 250w again. Otherwise if you don't have any upgrade plans, maybe a 175w.

    i was also thinking on using t-5's but the ones at work are the 24inch ones with out the ballast by Current. i dont know which are better. what brand should i use? the mh would be 10000k but the t-5's are going to be the ones i really need an opinion on... ;D
