I currently have 4x54watt 48" t5s (2x15000k and 2x20000k) along with 2x65watt split actinics (420 and 460 nano meters) Will this be enough for SPS if they are positioned toward the top of the tank? If not all what options do I have as far as SPS?
    75 gallon aquarium.

Depends on the reflectors and ballasts honestly. If they are individual reflectors, you can get away with less lighting.

That said, you should be good for Montis and birdnests. They will need to be in the upper half of the tank. Try one of them and see how they fair under your lighting. If they do OK, they you can add a lower light acro.

I would avoid Millies and most Acro. Research, for some lower light ones.

Sounds good. I really like softies but want to try SPS too. SPS seem to grow so fast also and the colors are amazing. It is on one reflector but that could be easily changed. The ballast are made by Hagen.

Most SPS are actually slow growers - especially compared to most soft corals and most LPS corals - though they are certainly amazing!

That would be more than enough with individual reflectors for the T5HO bulbs.
